Completed Build Operate Transfer (BOT)

We have successfully implemented a Build-Operate-Transfer model for a software development project in the automotive industry based in Romania. In this project spanning a total of 4.5 years, we demonstrated our ability to build, operate, and smoothly transfer a high-performance unit to our client.

Aufbauphase

In just one month, we set up a fully functional office in Romania. This included securing the office space, setting up the infrastructure, and completing the first round of hiring. Additionally, we set up the necessary accounting and IT infrastructure, ensuring a solid foundation ready for the operational phase.

Operative Phase

Over the course of three years, we worked with an average of 50 highly skilled internal employees. The Romanian unit achieved a consistent annual revenue of 2 million EUR with a margin of
20 percent. This financial success is attributed to our lean corporate structure, characterized by minimal overhead costs. Our employee retention rate was exemplary, with only 1-2 employees leaving the company per year. To meet high customer demand, we quickly expanded our operations by hiring an additional 100 B2B professionals. This rapid expansion, coupled with excellent team synergy, resulted in positive feedback from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Transferphase

The transfer and integration process was successfully completed smoothly over a period of 1.5 years. We ensured seamless synergy between our processes and those of the customer. This involved a phased transition and full integration into the client’s tools and processes, including banking, IT, and legal frameworks.
